Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons wins 2013 Nobel peace prize - live updates --- Of all the gongs handed out annually by the Norwegian committee, this is traditionally the most anticipated and most controversial, not least because “peace” is such a broad remit, and contributions to it so hard to pin down.
