QAZI KHAN MOHAMMAD, CAMPAIGN FOR JUSTICE

Qazi Khan Mohammad Malikbaba was the Secretary Of The Provincial Council for Nangrahar, Afghanistan. He was assassinated on 7th February 2009, by two hired hitmen.

He was widely popular and a highly respected local leader the people's favourite to win the next local elections.
