The first conference day will begin with opening statements by German and French Defense Ministers Ursula von der Leyen and Florence Parly as well as UN Secretary-General António Guterres, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Al-Thani.
