President Ghani Accepts Accreditation Of The New U.S. Ambassador To Afghanistan

The President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani accepted the credential of the newly appointed U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan John Bass, Tuesday afternoon, Presidential Palace.

Ambassador Bass assured President Ghani of his efforts to further expand the bilateral relations between Afghanistan and the U.S. He said that he would try to create an atmosphere for enhancing mutual cooperation in different development realms.

President Ghani congratulated ambassador Bass on his new mission and thanked the U.S. Government for having assisted Afghanistan in different fields of development. The President wished ambassador Bass success in his new career. - More
