In Annual Rights Report, U.S. Warns Of 'Instability' Following Arab Spring

The U.S. State Department says Afghanistan faced continuing human rights challenges in 2011. The State Department said widespread violence and corruption remained the main problems in Afghanistan, along with torture and abuse of inmates.
