Obama Budget Boosts Spending On Jobs, Education

The $3.8 trillion budget includes $100 billion earmarked for job creation as the nation emerges from the worst recession in decades, but it would allow tax cuts for Americans earning more than $250,000 a year to expire — a provision sure to raise the ire of congressional Republicans.
