Jeddah, Riyadh, Asharq Al-Awsat-The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz and Afghan President Hamid Karzai discussed international efforts to achieve security and stability in Afghanistan during a meeting at the King Abdullah's Jandariyah farm outside Riyadh on Wednesday.
