Afghanistan asks ex-presidential contender to tackle corruption‎

Former Finance Minister Ashraf Ghani, a sharp critic of President Hamid Karzai, planned to submit a report outlining new ideas for tackling corruption, which international officials believe has been driving Afghans into Taliban ranks.
