The new U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan is a retired Army general who used to be the top military commander in that country. In his first interview since becoming the top U.S. diplomat in Afghanistan, Eikenberry told NPR that his change of clothes — and roles — has caused some confusion among Afghans.
