Tajikistan, U.S. Afghan transit deal expected soon

DUSHANBE (Reuters) - The Central Asian country of Tajikistan will soon allow the United States to send non-military cargo through its territory for troops fighting in neighboring Afghanistan, a U.S. envoy said on Monday.
