AP IMPACT: Textbooks bogged down in Afghanistan

KABUL -- Millions of new textbooks promised and paid for by the U.S. and other foreign donors have not been delivered to schools in Afghanistan, The Associated Press has found. Other books were so poorly made they are already falling apart.
