Obama thanks Sarkozy for Afghan troops, says US loves France

PARIS (AFP) - Barack Obama travelled to Paris Friday to tell President Nicolas Sarkozy that Americans have an "enormous fondness" for the French and to thank him for sending more troops to Afghanistan.
