Health Clinic Treats Germany's Few Uninsured

In Germany, almost everyone has access to heath care coverage. Only 0.2 percent of legal German residents are uninsured, compared with nearly 18 percent of Americans.

Europe spends far less on health care than the United States, while managing to cover all citizens and rank above the U.S. on most measures of good health.
