Afghan government stuck in 'bunker:' Obama

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama said in a new interview Friday that the Afghan government of President Hamid Karzai had not got out of a "bunker" to rebuild the war-torn country.

"Barack Obama had no interest in Afghanistan until he started running for president," said Republican National Committee spokesman Alex Conant.
