UN Envoy Seeks Bigger Afghan Role

BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) -- The United Nations should take a bigger role in Afghanistan and work harder with NATO to boost efforts to stabilize the country, new U.N. envoy Kai Eide said Thursday.
