A Better Way To Detect Lung Cancer?

(CBS) Nearly 175,000 Americans will be diagnosed with lung cancer this year. The majority will die. That's because standard chest X-rays too often can't spot it until it's too late, reports CBS News medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook.
