Canadian Premier Loses Confidence Vote

OTTAWA, Nov. 28 -- Canada's minority Liberal Party government lost a vote of confidence Monday, ending the rule of Prime Minister Paul Martin, whose tenure was largely overshadowed by a patronage scandal.
